Sport, fitness and healthy living is a fundamental part of wellbeing. Exercise has been proven to greatly benefit mental health, it can combat depression, boredom, and helps young people feel good about themselves. Young people can enjoy the process of getting better at something, and achieving goals. Our dedicated sports coach will help your young person enjoy sports like football, tennis and basketball in a structured yet fun environment.

Like sport, music can be very therapeutic and beneficial to mental health. Our expert music mentor has professional experience playing in a band and will help your young person find their musical voice, whether that be learning an instrument (drums and guitar) or taking the role of a budding producer and programming beats and loops.

Other activities on offer include board games, movies, graphic design and illustration and video games.
