Evolving Mentoring is Committed to Helping Young People
Evolving Mentoring is an Alternative Provision for young people who are out of education, at risk of exclusion and an early intervention provision for young people at risk of the justice system.
Evolving Mentoring works in a Therapeutic, Trauma informed manner,
we aim to help young people recognise and achieve their full potential.
We have over 15 years experience working with young people with ADHD, Autism, SEN & SEMH needs in a variety of settings including Mainstream schools, Alternative provisions and Residential settings.
